Is the spring water alkaline?
Yes, naturally alkaline with a pH ranging 7.2 – 7.8 depending on the natural temperature of the spring
How do I find out the typical analysis of minerals?

How often should I clean my water cooler or dispenser and how do I do this?
We suggest quarterly and for the cleaning instructions click on “Your Health” under the 'More Info' tab on the website. It is the fourth option down “cleaning info”
I have lost my delivery calendar can I get a new one?
Yes, on the website at the bottom of this page. Alternatively, we can deliver one to you on your next scheduled delivery.
How do I pay?
Cash and EFTPOS on delivery, online bank transfer, PayPal or credit card on our website or by calling the office.
What are your payment terms?
Payment is due in full, on or prior to delivery
What is the minimum amount I need to order?
A minimum of 2 x 15 litre bottles OR 2 x small bottle cartons per delivery
Do I need to remove the bottle caps before putting them onto the dispenser?
There is no need to remove the bottle caps. The ceramic bench top dispensers and water cooler units come with a spike, so there is no need to remove the cap before placing the bottle onto your dispenser.
How do I install a stainless steel tap on my ceramic bench top dispenser?
Please ensure you place the rubber and stainless steel washers on the inside and outside of the dispenser to avoid any leaks.
What do I do with the bottles if I’m cancelling the service?
Please call us and ensure that we collect all the bottles as they are recyclable, expensive to replace and we require them to service all of our customers. Bottles that are not returned are invoiced $22 each.
Can I use the bottles to store anything other than the spring water?
Definitely not. There is a fee of $22 per bottle for any bottles that are not returned, contaminated, lost or damaged.
How often is delivery?
Automatic fortnightly delivery to homes and offices
Is it a regular delivery every time or do I have to phone and let you know if I want a delivery?
It is automatic unless you notify the office that you do not require a delivery. We really appreciate your call/email if you don’t require a delivery on your scheduled day to save the driver time in their busy day. Two days prior notice would be fantastic where possible.
What do I do if I’m going away and don’t require a delivery?
Please call us so we can make a note to skip you for those dates
How do I let the driver know how many bottles I want each delivery?
The delivery driver will automatically replace the number of empty bottles with full bottles. If you require more, please leave a hand written note for the delivery driver to ensure you receive the correct amount.
How many days prior to delivery do I need to get my order processed on the website?
To ensure your order is received, processed and added to the delivery, please ensure your order is placed two working days prior.
Where do I store the bottles?
We do not add preservatives to the spring water, so all bottles (full/empty) must be stored in a cool, dark position out of direct sunlight and heat and away from chemicals/fuel storage.
What can I do if my house receives a lot of natural light?
A bottle cover may be an option for you (see picture under products tab, on the website)
What does a bottle weigh?
11 Litre bottles weigh approx. 12kg each and 15 Litre bottles weigh approx. 16kg each
What hours does the office operate?
Monday to Friday 9am – 4pm (bottling and delivering operate additional hours to this)

11 L and 15 L bottles are made of polycarbonate and contain BPA. We don't use hot water or town water in our bottles to clean them at any stage of the bottling process, in order for the bottles to leach the BPA. BPA is leached at temperatures above 80 degrees. Our bottles are cleaned with spring temperature spring water. The bottles are environmentally returnable, recycled and refilled. We also offer 15 L BPA Free bottles if you would prefer to order them.
